Brad Zeitlin is a real estate developer, investor and venture capitalist.   Based in Watersound Beach, Florida, he is the Founder and Managing Partner of Woodford Capital.  Mr. Zeitlin has a passion for creating beautiful places where families and friends thrive.  He is known for the development of extraordinary, award winning properties including as Co-Founder, Developer and Owner of The Hub – an award-winning food and beverage anchored entertainment district.  He is also the developer of The Mercado at Rosemary Beach, The Private Residence Club at Rosemary Beach, The Savannah at Rosemary Beach and Redfish Village. Mr. Zeitlin’s projects have been widely recognized including numerous AIA awards and a Mixed-Use Project of the Year Award for The Mercado at Rosemary Beach.  The Savannah at Rosemary Beach on Main Street is part of Architectural Digest’s “The 30 Most Beautiful Main Streets Across America”.  Mr. Zeitlin has also developed numerous residential subdivisions and residences including resort residences in Watercolor, Watersound, Rosemary Beach and The Yellowstone Club.

Mr. Zeitlin is also co-founder of Comer Woodford Hospitality Group, a creator of world-class restaurants, bars, events and festivals.  The company focuses both inside and outside of the walls of its venues and is known for creating unparalleled experiences for its customers. The company owns many brands including Mile Marker 15, SuperFreeze, Red’s Chicken Shack, Crave Roadside Burgers and The Hub.

Mr. Zeitlin is also the Founder of KineticAdventure, a leadership training and corporate events firm which employs highly skilled Veterans of the United States military to create unique experiences for management, employees and customers of their clients.

Mr. Zeitlin is also co-founder of Comer Woodford Ventures which is an investment platform established to seek out world-class entrepreneurs, highly innovative products and services.  The company has helped fuel the growth of numerous firms in health care, technology, food & beverage, education and more.

Mr. Zeitlin’s approach over three decades to investing, design and development has resulted in the creation of extraordinary places and companies.  Mr. Zeitlin started his career in technology/software and was a principal in several companies including Conduit Software which he sold to ProBusiness (ADP) in 1999 for $70 million. 

 

 

 

 

Erin Adkinson
Vice President of Operations

Ms. Adkinson handles all aspects of due diligence, government regulatory issues, entitlement and operations for Woodford Capital.   Ms. Adkinson has been employed with Mr. Zeitlin for over a decade and has held key positions at Mosaic Capital Partners, New Orchard Group and Woodford Capital.   Ms. Adkinson has deep expertise in real estate operations and management.    Ms. Adkinson graduated from Florida State University with the highest honors.
