Prominently located in the upscale coastal community of Rosemary Beach, The Mercado is an engaging mixed-use building embracing the street with lively shops and restaurants. On the third and fourth-floor, eight luxury residences take advantage of views of the Gulf of Mexico, community greens and the Town Center. The second floor is home to exclusive and sophisticated office space. A continuous arcade on the ground level and ornate balconies on the upper floors animate the exterior and complement the town’s inspired architecture. The Mercado was Builder Magazine’s Builder’s Choice Project of the Year for 2007 and received an Award of Merit in the 2006 Tennessee Design Awards.
